To be a Multi Academy Trust which is operationally efficient and structurally fit for purpose so that financial and other resources are used well for the benefit of learning outcomes.

AAT has recently worked with a number of local schools to provide support through NLE activities. Through this work the Trust is able to establish whether the schools would benefit from further support and would be a good match for AAT. These local schools fit the AAT criteria as set out above and it would be the Trust aim to approach these schools and begin the onboarding process during 2022 and beyond.
